Highly recommend this studio! I spent a month in Mallorca and was looking for a place to do pilates and am super happy I chose this one. Lorena is very warm and sweet and makes you feel right at home, as do all of the instructors. The instructors are knowledgeable which is important for me because I have back issues and always want to be super safe when working out. Also, the classes are in Spanish but they’re extremely patient if your Spanish comprehension is not perfect/if you need any help understanding! Thank you

From the first day, I have felt super comfortable in the place, the facilities are beautiful, they convey peace and relaxation, and it is a pleasure to be there. Both Sabrina and Marta, who are my teachers, are very nice and warm people, and at the same time they are excellent teachers. Always explaining each exercise in detail, controlling the postures, adapting what is necessary to the possibility of each one and varying the exercises in such a way that one class is never the same as the other and the hour flies by. You can see a lot of commitment from both of them with the place, with you, with the clients and with themselves.

The girls at the center are very professional. They never do one class the same as the other and they follow up very well on all of us who are in class, making sure that we do the exercises well. The classes are very dynamic, you work your body while having a good time. 100% recommendable.

Today I started prenatal classes with Sabrina and I couldn't feel better, it's what I needed. The girls transmit very good energy and a lot of peace, they are professionals. They have welcomed me as one more and the space is very welcoming. I recommend it 100% without hesitation.

Thanks to yoga for women and pilates at the fit it woman center I have managed to reconnect with my body and get away from daily stress as well as relieve my back pain. Yoga is wonderful and makes you feel very comfortable and the Pilates instructors are amazing, very professional. Classes very adapted to each one and always very present.

I have gone to pre-birth classes that have felt great. Right now I'm going to postpartum Pilates classes with the baby and I'm delighted. It's great to be able to go with the baby and know that you are in a very cozy and quiet place for both of you. Lorena is always very available, super professional and attentive in everything. My teacher Sabrina is a 10! When the little one doesn't stay calm, she picks him up and tries to do everything so that you can continue with your exercises and enjoy the class. I was looking for a studio where I could relieve my back pain. I have found a group where the feminine energy is incredible and Precious. A very cool atmosphere of good vibes and energy. Fit It woman is a space where you can play sports, laugh, share, cry... I can not recommend it highly enough. Thank you girls for creating SUCH a beautiful site.
